[email protected]Mr Pandey has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and has received a range of training including “Senior Manager’s Course -1990” from the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR) in the Philippines. As one of the founders of NEWAH, he has successfully led NEWAH’s management since 1992 and has established the organization as a leading WASH Brand in the country, region and at the global level. A well-versed professional with experiences working with varied donors ranging from INGOs to UN agencies, Bi-laterals, European Commission, Rotarians and individuals, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of sustainable WASH program, leadership, governance, institution building, strategic planning, partnership and non-profit management. With over 30 years of contribution in WASH and development sector, he has been recognized with various awards, and his papers have been published in about 100 different national and international journals and books. He was the National Coordinator for Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) from 1997 to 2011 and was elected to represent South Asia in the Steering Committee of WSSCC from 2011 to 2014.

[email protected]Mr.Resham Jung Singh has completed M. Sc. in Construction Management from Pokhara University, Nepal Engineering College Kathmandu with B.E. in Civil Engineering from Tribhuwan University, IoE Pulchowk Campus Lalitpur and Certificate level course from StFX University, Coady International Institute Canada. He has been serving for 14 years in development sector e.g. I/NGOs (Practical Action Nepal, HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal) and closely worked with government agencies across the Nepal. He brings a wide range of experiences in the area of development project management, quality control and assurance of physical infrastructures construction, partnership management, HR and financial management, monitoring & evaluation, capacity building and establish coordination/cooperation with different stakeholders e.g. government agencies (federal, provincial and local), I/NGOs, user communities, private sectors, donor agencies (SDC/DFID/WB/ADB/EU).

Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Manager
[email protected]Maheshwar Prasad Yadav holds a PhD in Management from the Mewar University, India and double Master's Degree in Management and Sociology from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has published over 12 research papers in journals of national and international repute. Dr. Yadav has over 17 years of experience in I/NGOs including United Nations (UN), of which over 10 years in WASH sector at senior level with opportunities of extensive managerial roles in WASH programs. He has good knowledge of development issues, solutions and the development cooperation and has a hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing and implementing programs and projects, in complex multi-stakeholder environment. His major areas of expertise include program management, strategic management, quality management, entrepreneurship development, renewable energy and WASH. Dr. Yadav is currently leading Program Department as the Program Manager at NEWAH Headquarters. Being member of Senior Management Team (SMT), he is acting as charity water’s program focal person to ensure effective coordination and communication with the funding partners to maintain a harmonious working relationship.

[email protected]Mr. Arun kumar Shrestha holds Master degree in Rural Development, Bachelors in Sociology & Rural development and Diploma in civil Engineering from Tribhuwan University. He has 24 years working experience in the WASH, School construction, DRR and M&E and expert in water supply project design. [email protected]Sajal Shrestha holds an MBA Degree in Management with Finance as Major from Shinawatra University, Thailand and a BBA Degree in Marketing from Kathmandu University, Nepal. Mr. Shrestha has 7 years of experience in Finance department which includes Financial Planning, Budgeting and Operations in Development Sector, Tourism Sector, Financial Liaison between different Stakeholders and Public Private Partnerships. Sajal also brings in experience of Trade, Tourism and Event Management from his side projects. Mr. Shrestha enjoys sports, music, T.V series and movies.
