Mr. Chhabilal Lamichhane has a Master’s Degree in Management from Tribhuvan University. He has more than 12 years working experience in different development projects in Nepal including NEWAH, SEBAC-Nepal, NCCDC-Nepal and SOS Children Village Nepal. He has sound knowledge on financial capacity building, financial management, budget planning,  Tax payment system of Nepal government, E.TDS, Analysis of financial report, Human Resources Management, Ratio Analysis, International Accounting System and also financial transactions entry in different software system and now he has been leading finance section of Province office Baglung.
