Mr. Binod Koirala a young and dynamic WASH professional with a Bachelor's degree and certification as a Civil Sub Overseer. He is persuing master's degree in rural development from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has more than 15 years work experience in the WASH sector in national level NGOs. He supports overall project planning, monitoring, and evaluation as per the PME framework like preliminary appraisal of project demands, organizing project review meetings, planning feasibility studies, and preparing necessary documentation, finalizing project lists in line with budgets and donor instructions, managed baseline data entry and analysis, and assist in preparing project plans, budgets and proposals. Additionally, he supports to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports, review midterm progress and managed budget, output evaluations and maintained systematic records of progress and evaluation activities. He is smart, built strong relationships and coordination with local government.
