He has over 10 years of professional experience in the development sector, specializing in Management Information Systems (MIS), data management, and the integration of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) frameworks into information systems.

At NEWAH, Mr. Hada leads the design and management of digital data systems that strengthen organizational monitoring, reporting, and decision-making. His expertise includes database design, data analysis, dashboard development, and automation of performance tracking systems.
