Ms. Anju Khadka holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and an Intermediate in Commerce (I.Com.) from Tribhuvan University, providing a strong foundation in administrative management and financial systems. She brings extensive experience in administrative operations, human resource management, logistics, and financial oversight, with a particular expertise in organizational and donor compliance.

In her role, Ms. Khadka ensures strict adherence to internal policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations through systematic documentation, efficient record management, procurement compliance, and robust financial controls. She is proficient in accounting software, including FAMAS, and has hands-on experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, audit facilitation, and compliance reporting.

During her tenure at Nepal Water for Health (NEWAH), Ms. Khadka has supported multiple donor-funded projects, such as charity: water, SUSWA, and Rotary Club initiatives, significantly enhancing accountability, transparency, and effective project implementation. Her meticulous approach to compliance oversight and documentation has been instrumental in audits and in maintaining donor confidence.
