Ms. Radha Kumari Balayar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. She joined Nepal Water for Health (NEWAH) in November 2013 and currently serves as an Admin/HR Officer. With over 12 years of progressive professional experience in administration, finance, and human resource management, she has played a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of organizational operations and development projects across Nepal.

Throughout her tenure at NEWAH, Ms. Balayar has been closely involved in projects supported by a wide range of national and international development partners, including WaterAid, charity: water, Rain Foundation, SIMAVI, Concern Worldwide, AusAID, IMC, Rotary Club, and SUHAARA. Her core competencies include administrative and office management, logistics and procurement coordination, financial and compliance documentation, and comprehensive human resource functions such as recruitment processes, staff facilitation, record management, and HR support services.

Ms. Balayar is widely recognized for her professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Her commitment to organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards has consistently contributed to smooth internal coordination and effective administrative and operational support within NEWAH.
