Santosh Mahaseth is an IT and Telecommunications professional with over 13 years of experience in IT systems management, telecom operations, digitization, database administration, data analysis, and digital transformation.

At NEWAH, he is responsible for managing IT systems, maintaining infrastructure, supporting digital solutions, and ensuring effective management of organizational data and information systems to enhance efficiency and support WASH service delivery across Nepal.

Previously, he served as Assistant Director at the Social Welfare Council, contributing to IT governance and digitalization initiatives. He has also worked as a Senior Officer at Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, and held key roles at Huawei Technologies and Nepal Satellite Telecom, focusing on telecom operations, system deployment, quality assurance, and technical project management.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering. He brings strong expertise in IT systems management, database administration, troubleshooting, project management, and data analysis using tools such as SPSS and Microsoft Excel.
