Rajan Luintel is a results-driven Finance, Administration, and Operations professional with over 10 years of experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, and USAID-funded programs in Nepal. He specializes in financial management, donor compliance, audit coordination, budgeting, procurement, and operational leadership within complex development and humanitarian contexts.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Mid-West University and a BBA from Purbanchal University. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multi-donor portfolios exceeding USD 15 million and coordinated more than 12 donor audits with organizations including USAID, UN agencies, ADB, EU, and international NGOs, consistently achieving zero major audit findings. His professional experience includes roles with CREASION Nepal, Deloitte (USAID PFM Program), WHO, Save the Children International, and other leading development organizations.
He is highly proficient in financial systems such as FAMAS, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, and ERP platforms, along with advanced MS Excel for reporting and analysis. He also brings strong expertise in HR, procurement, logistics, and government compliance, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability in all operations.
