He possesses around 28 years of extensive experience in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector and an additional five years in finance and audit, giving him a unique blend of technical, managerial, and financial expertise.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Swar has worked with a range of national organizations, providing strategic leadership in operations management. His deep understanding of WASH systems, community-based development, and institutional capacity building has made him a key figure in advancing equitable access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion across Nepal.
