Mr. Keshab Raj Joshi

Mr. Keshab Raj Joshi holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Seti Technical School, Doti. He has over eleven years of professional experience in infrastructure development, with a specialized focus on water supply, irrigation, and rural infrastructure projects across the challenging mountain regions of Nepal.

He joined Nepal Water For Health (NEWAH) as a Project Officer in November 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leading the comprehensive implementation of WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) projects, contributing significantly to the smooth operation and coordination of development initiatives at the local level.

Mr. Joshi has worked extensively on projects supported by major development partners, including his tenure with the Agriculture Sector Development Programme (ASDP) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development and the Building Climate Resilience of Watersheds in Mountain Eco-Regions Project (BCRWME). Furthermore, his experience includes working for the Infrastructure Development Office, Achham, in the Provincial Government (MoPID, TID), where he contributed to the inspection and management of road projects.

His expertise encompasses detailed feasibility surveys, design and cost estimation, project coordination, and the integration of crucial cross-cutting themes such as Gender Equality, Social Inclusion (GESI), climate resilience, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR). Additionally, he has substantial consultancy experience, having worked with various engineering consulting firms on documentation, project proposal preparation, inventory surveys for Municipal Transport Master Plans (MTMP), GIS mapping, and conducting detailed engineering surveys and estimates for road networks, water supply and buildings.
