Mr. Mahendra Koirala is a result-driven Sub Engineer with a diploma in civil engineering. He has been serving for 14 years in the development sector with various I/NGOs, NRCS, FSW Baglung and GWS. A dedicated professional to improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability of organizations through the development and execution of innovative, cost-effective solutions. He began his career as a Technical Supervisor and currently working as a Senior WASH Officer. He has conducted various levels of surveys, designed, and cost estimation of the WASH projects as well as supervision, monitoring and quality control of the projects. He also provided technical support to filed staffs i.e Senior project supervisor, and social technician for quality implementation of project activities, water quality assurance. He has provided support to conduct filed training related to WASH projects operation and maintenance and identified environmental threats or opportunities associated with the development and launch of new technologies. Additionally, he has been involved in WASH plans development of Rural/municipality using the NWASH mobile application tool too.
