A dedicated WASH soldier with a passion for ensuring access to clean water and sanitation facilities for communities in need. With a background in Diploma in civil engineering and more than 7 years of experience in different organizations (KIRDARC, Nepal Red Cross Society, etc.) in the WASH sector, I have been actively involved in designing, implementing, and managing WASH projects across rural and urban areas of Nepal. Throughout the career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainable development and improving public health through innovative engineering solutions. He has expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing technical designs, and overseeing the construction of water supply systems, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion initiatives. He is mainly responsible for providing technical guidance to the field-level staff in terms of quality control and assurance of water quality, community mobilization etc.
